This review is long overdue! Dream Idaho Realty has been such a blessing for my husband and I during the stressful first time home buying process! We never through we could do it, but our amazing agent Mackenzie was there every step of the way! She made this process so easy and effortless! We first started looking into the process in the beginning of 2021, and we placed about 6 offers that we kept losing to all cash offers that left us feeling hopeless. Mackenzie reassured us to not give up but it will happen in the right time. She suggested looking at new builds, and we went under contract with Hubble, well, they decided to increase our price during contract $60k, and broke our contract. We felt so upset but once again Mackenzie reassured us to stay positive! The very next day, we got a call from our dream builder, Hayden Homes, who we were on a 200 person waitlist, and the told us we are up and can pick out a lot! We were soooo excited! Mackenzie went to every single appointment with us, and answered every question we had! We knew that God had his hands in our plans all along! We moved into our brand new dream home in September 2021! We are sooo happy we bought a home during the time we did! We are forever grateful to Mackenzie, and we could not have done with without her! We will forever refer our friends and family to her as she is the BEST IN ALL OF IDAHO!!!

Mackenzie was so helpful! I often felt overwhelmed and emotional throughout our move to Idaho, and no matter what, Mackenzie was there to help us out!
She was always on top of paperwork and doing all she could to make moving into your new home easy.
We left our family and beautiful home to move to Idaho. The day we moved in, it was 107 degrees outside (the hottest day that summer). Mackenzie had stopped by to bring us a welcome gift and ensure the house was ready for us. I was so grateful that she cared for us to make sure we were comfortable. She even turned on our AC, so our home wasn’t as hot.
I will never be able to thank her enough for her kindness and knowledge in making our home-buying experience the best we could have asked for!! I would recommend her and her Real estate group to my closest friends and family any day!

When looking for a home to purchase and going through the whole purchase process, I think, one of the most important thing that a buyer wants is a realtor that they can trust that has the their best interest in mind. That is just what you will get if you work with Mackenzie and her team. For our purchase, we were also blessed to have been able to work with Rachel from Mackenzie’s team and she was just as wonderful as Mackenzie. Mackenzie is one of the hardest working, and even intense people I know, which, in my opinion is a really great quality, especially in a realtor. By nature and by way of personality, she is a go getter, BUT never settles for anything less than excellence. She doesn’t have a hidden agenda and isn’t our for her own gain. Whether purchasing a $1m home of a $400k home with as many concessions as possible, Mackenzie will fight for you and for your dreams. We have been good friends with Mackenzie and her husband for some years now and knew that if we ever went to buy a home, she was our girl. I can honestly say, we would not be living in a home that we purchased had Mackenzie not gone above and beyond to make it happen. We had a weird and tricky situation which made it pretty difficult for us to buy a home of our own due to technicalities and many times we thought, “well, maybe this isn’t what God has for us,” but Mackenzie would just say, let me see what I could do, and then forward we would move. She saw our vision and our dream and she fought for us, and not because we had been friends before, but that’s who she is and she will do that for anyone. She helped us draft an offer that really worked well for us and covered our needs, but also was a wise offer. She worked very closely with the bank to make sure we were getting exactly what we needed/wanted. One day, she spent her whole morning on the phone with the title company making sure all was correct and was even able to get us a little extra money to go toward repairs. A lot of things can be said about the quality of Mackenzie and her team’s work, but the main 2 things I would say if I had to choose, would be excellence and trustworthy. Mackenzie does everything in her life with excellence and she is trustworthy to take very good care of this extensive process. Mackenzie and Rachel worked their tails off for us helping us get into this home and I we didn’t buy a super expensive home. They just want to get you into the home that you want to live in and want to make sure that you feel good about how much you are paying and how you got there. I know people sometimes say real estate agents have ulterior motives or they won’t work as hard if it’s a less expensive house, but that’s not true about Mackenzie and her team. They will fight for you no matter what your budget is. These are some special people and we were privileged to have trusted them. I still can’t believe I am sitting in MY house! Buying a home is a wild ride, as anyone can tell you, but Mackenzie and her team make it fun and less stressful.
